Returns

Affluentwatches.com has a very fair but firm return policy. 

We sell watches that are of the highest quality.  However, it is possible that a watch is defective.  You may return defective watches up to 10 days from the date of purchase.  We will replace the watch as soon as possible.    If we can not replace the watch in a timely manner because the watch is discontinued, or it is on backorder with the manufacturer, etc.),  you will then be issued a credit for that watch.. 

You will need a RMA number to return a defective watch.. 

Sometimes a customer may not be happy with a watch.  We will exchange watches up to 10 days from the date of purchase.  There will be a 10% restocking fee assessed on the purchase price of the watch..  The customer will be issued an Affluentwatches.com voucher  for the remaining  purchase price of the watch.  This voucher is to be used in our internet store at www.affluentwatches.com our www.watchstore.us.  This voucher will be good for 2 years from the date of issue. You will need  an RMA number to return an unwanted watch. 

You will be given a receipt by email or regular mail.  All returns must include a copy of your receipt. 

We do not sell used watches and will not accept returns or exchanges that show any signs of wear.  Under no circumstances will a worn watch be eligible for a refund.  All returns must have a return authorization number.  and a copy of receipt.  All returns of defective and unwanted watches must contain the original box and packaging materials along with any owners manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and any other materials that came with the watch.  The watch will be thoroughly inspected when it is returned.  The watch you return must not be resized, scratched or blemished. 

You are responsible for shipping costs and should insure the watch for its full value,  Also, a traceable method must be used  to ship the watch back to us such as United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation, UPS, etc. 

In order to receive an RMA number, you will need to send a return request to sales@affluentwatches.com.  In this request you should explain the nature of the defect or the reason for the return.  You are required to put the RMA number on the box that is shipped back to us.  The RMA number that you receive must be marked clearly on the outside of the package.  All returns must be shipped to:

Warranty

All of our watches do not carry a warranty from us.  We will not be responsible for any warranties.  Our watches are warranted by the manufacturer or other parties.

Shipping

Affluentwatches.com ships worldwide.  Our shipping rates are set for shipping in the continental United States.  If you desire your watch to be shipped outside the United States you should contact us at sales@affluentwatches.com for a shipping quote.  Also, we will offer a shipping  discount for a  purchase of multiple watches.  We offer free shipping for watch orders that are above $250.
